Corrigan Brothers, the Irish band whose song “There’s no one as Irish as Barack Obama” has charted all over the world and reached over seven million YouTube hits in different versions, are back with “There’s still no one as Irish as Barack Obama."

Lead singer Ger Corrigan said “forget Paul Ryan, the real Irish man in this election is still President Barack Obama." The Brothers have re-written the 2008/09 hit to celebrate the President’s achievements.

Lead singer Ger Corrigan continued, “It has been a very busy song, it has been used as an advertisement in Singapore, has been the subject of a Harvard Paper, it has been the theme song for the world’s shortest Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Hot Springs Arkansas and has been mentioned by the President in his address to the Irish Nation during his visit in May 2011."

The brothers will perform the song in numerous cities during their US tour in October.

"There’s Still No one as Irish as Barack O’Bama"
Words and Music-Corrigan Brothers and President Barack O’Bama Feb 2012

My name is Barack O’Bama of the Moneygall Obamas And Now if you believe the Corrigan Brothers There’s no one More Irish than me

O’Leary, O’Reilly,O’Hare and O’Hara
There’s still no one as Irish as Barack Obama

Now four years have passed
Since he said Yes we can
But President Barack
Is still the man
There’s been the odd crisis
And lots of Drama
There’s Still No one as Irish
as Barack O’Bama

Toor a loo Toor a loo
Toor a loo toor a lama
There’s Still No one as Irish
as Barack O’Bama

He came home to Ireland
To Moneygall
In Ollie Hayes’s Bar
He was welcomed by all
Met Megan Smolenyak
Stephen Neill and the crew
And with Cousin Henry
Had a Guinness or two

The Irish in Beijing
And In the Sahara
Are proud to lay claim
To Barack Obama

In January of 2013
The White House will still
Be just as green
Just like the election
In 2008
And poor old Mit Romney
Well he’ll just
Have to Wait
