Ballerina Farm, the Utah-based influencer and dancer, 34, whose real name is Hannah Neeleman, has temporarily moved to Co Cork to attend the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School with her husband Daniel.
Hannah and Daniel have brought along their eight children with them after falling in love with the country last year.
The parents are taking the 12-week course and seem to be enjoying their time at the school so far, learning new recipes and using “beautiful” local ingredients.

What is Ballymaloe Cookery School?
Ballymaloe is a multi-award-winning cooking school that has been educating students passionate about food all over the world since 1983.
It was founded by renowned Irish chef and author Darina Allen and is now owned by her and her children. Lecturers include Darina, her daughter-in-law and former student of the school Rachel Allen and Rory O’Connell.
It caters to students of all ages, but the main demographic is 65% females and 35% males between the ages of 18 and 65. The school prides itself on small class sizes with around six students to one teacher.
How much does Ballymaloe Cookery School cost?
At Ballymaloe Cookery School, there are over 60 courses to choose from but the most popular is the 12-week course, which Hannah and Daniel are taking.
It is an “intensive immersion programme” designed for anybody with a passion for food and embraces all aspects of cookery.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including:

- Menu Planning
- Butchery
- Curing and Smoking
- Wine Appreciation

However, it costs a pretty penny with a course setting you back around €15-€16K, depending on the time of year that you attend.
The 12-week course is currently sold out, as is the shorter five-week one, but you can add your name to the waiting list of you wish.
