For the last ten years, the Irish initiative the “Global Greening” sees more than 400 global landmarks turn green for St. Patrick’s Day and this year IrishCentral are joining in.

You’ll be in good company too! Around Dublin city as part of the five-day St. Patrick’s Festival city buildings from Trinity College to Dublin Castle will be lit up green over the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Further afield the Colosseum, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Niagara Falls, the ‘Welcome’ sign in Las Vegas, the Sydney Opera House, Burj al Arab, Christ the Redeemer statue, the London Eye along with many others will be showing their Irish sheen for March 17.
