A Celebrity christening came to the lovely village of Malahide, Co. Dublin on Sunday afternoon, when twins Rocco and Jay Byrne - grandsons of Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Bertie Ahern, son of pop star Nicky Byrne of Westlife, nephews of best-selling novelist Cecelia Ahern - were greeted by a phalanx of cameras and calmly took it all in stride. The 3-month-old adorable First Grand-sons slept soundly and were well behaved throughout the ceremony, which was attended by Grandpa Bertie and all of Nicky's Westlife bandmates, Bertie's daughter Georgina gave birth to the boys several weeks prematurely, and judging by the photos they've all thrived since.

"They're keeping us awake at night, but that's what it's all about," said Nicky, who took a three-month paternity leave from the band to tend to his fatherly duties.

For his part, Bertie, the consummate politician, having recently won a third term in office, feels Rocco and Jay might be better off choosing a career other than politics.

"I think entertainment's a safer game," he laughed.

Also attending the ceremony was Bertie's estranged wife Miriam, mother of Georgina and Cecelia, and her pony-tailed boyfriend Terry McCoy, who's quite a well-known restaurateur in Dublin.
