Glee's new breakout Darren Criss (who's Filipino and Irish) wore a pair of fetching hot pink Ray-Bans alongside his Armani tuxedo on the Golden Globe red carpet on Sunday night.

"These are my good luck glasses," he told the press.

Asked if he's being recognized more often he replied: "Usually, I have my glasses on and I don't shave and I look like a bum, so people are too afraid to say 'hi' to me."

And what's all this we hear about that Super Bowl episode of Glee? "The first 10 minutes are insane,"he says with a smile. Is he referring to Jane Lynch's anticipated meltdown as Sue Sylvester?

And will he finally get a (gay) love interest in the Valentines Day episode? "Things definitely get interesting," he replied cryptically.
