The cast of ‘Taken 2” , the highly anticipated sequel is finally taking form, with Croatian actor Rade Sherbedgia cast as the villain.

The film sees the retusn of Liam Neeson in the lead role of Bryan Mills, an ex- CIA agent. Filming for the blockbuster is set to begin in Turkey and France later this month.

Sherbedgia will play the role of Murad,  the father of the kidnapper slain by Neeson in the first film. His characher is described as vengeful man who gives orders and doesn't take them.

Ohio born actress  Maggie Grace, will once again reprise the role of Neeson’s daughter.

Seeking revenge for the death of his son he kidnapps  Neeson and his wife played by Famke Janssen, leaving their daughter (Grace) to save them.

The film was written by Robert Mark Kamen and Luc Besson. “Taken 2”, which will be released Oct. 5, 2012.
