Please, Please, Please, Sabrina Carpenter... don't make us go through more ticket-buying trauma.
The pop princess has announced she's bringing her Short 'n' Sweet Tour to Europe and has included a stop in Ireland where she'll play Dublin's 3Arena on March 3, 2025 supported by Rachel Chinouriri.
Sabrina appears to have taken a leaf out of her mentor Taylor Swift's book and is making her fanbase jump through hoops to secure tickets to her show.
Firstly, there's not just one, but four separate presales for Sabrina's concert at Dublin's 3Arena before general tickets go on sale. It seems a tad excessive for one gig...
Fans must sign up for the artist presale, which commences on Tuesday, July 23 at 12 pm. To do so, you must directly message @TeamSabrina the name of the city you wish to attend the singer's concert in on Instagram, or you must 'RSVP' via SabrinaCarpenter.com/Tour.
Fans who have registered for presale should then expect to receive a code via Instagram or email just 30 minutes before tickets go on sale.
We don't know about you, but our hearts would be in our mouths!
Up to four tickets can be purchased through any one Ticketmaster account. If the circumstance arises that you need to transfer your tickets, you can do so within the ten days leading up to the event.
A notice for fans reads: "On show day, you will need proof of identification that matches the VIP package purchaser's name to check in for the VIP experience.
"If you are transferring the ticket or have purchased it as a gift, you will need to provide the new fan with a copy of the original purchaser's ID and a note from the original purchaser explaining who purchased the package and who they are authorising to pick it up on their behalf."
It's recommended that fans log in and enter their payment details on Ticketmaster before joining the queue. You should join the queue ten minutes before tickets go on sale and have your presale code copied and ready to paste.
Though fans must venture through a bit of a cyber maze to eventually get their hands on tickets, we have to commend Sabrina as her tickets start at €61.05 including booking fee.
That's about half of the starting price for a lot of other acts' gigs from Harry Styles and Taylor Swift to Coldplay, who are set to play Croke Park later this summer.
We have a sneaky suspicion, though, that Sabrina's tickets won't be as reasonably priced next time she decides to go on tour.
Don't get us wrong, we're still going to be pumping ourselves full of Espresso to be totally alert for when tickets go on sale!
We're working late, 'cause we're fighting with Ticketmaster (again!)
