Adam, whose credits include "Parks and Recreation" and "Step Brothers", is heading to the rebel county to film a supernatural horror film from the director of "Oddity".
While the 51-year-old (yeah... he's in his 50s) is more well-known for his comedic roles, his career is undergoing a huge resurgence thanks to his starring role in Ben Stiller's Apple TV+ sci-fi thriller "Severance".
Adam revealed that he's coming to Ireland to film while on the "Literally!" podcast, which is hosted by Scott's former "Parks and Rec" co-star Rob Lowe, who coincidentally films the game show "The Floor" in Dublin.
The pair discussed filming on our shores with Adam saying: "I'm about to go to Cork for a couple of months" and then went on to describe the Rebel County as "way out in the countryside".
While this might irk some Corkonians, he's reportedly filming in West Cork, which we know many a Cork native refer to as the countryside.
Back to the podcast chat, the former co-stars gushed about their previous times in Ireland, having both been to Dublin before.
Rob then shared something quite surprising by revealing that it was actually far cheaper to film his game show in Ireland than on lots in the US.
"It's cheaper to bring 100 people American to Ireland than to walk across the lot at Fox, passed the soundstages and do it [in the US]," Rob joked, while both men described their time in Dublin as "beautiful".
Adam will be starring in the new supernatural horror film "Hokum", which is being directed by Bantry native Damian McCarthy who blew critics and fans away with "Oddity".
The film is being produced by Irish production company Tailored Films, who also produced the Academy Award-nominated film "The Apprentice" about Donald Trump and his friendship with the solicitor Roy Cohn.
