HOT Press magazine in Ireland is reporting that Van Morrison will join Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones on their European tour. Van the Man has been confirmed to open for the aging stadium rockers on the opening date of their 2007 world tour, Tuesday, June 5 in Werchter, Belgium. He'll also be playing at Goffret Park in Nijimegen, Holland on Friday, June 8.

It's not the first time they've shared a stage - Morrison was the special guest for the California and Vancouver date of their "A Bigger Bang" tour in 2006. The reunion fuels speculation that Morrison will also support the band when they play Slane Castle in Dublin August 18 of this year.

Meanwhile, there's good news and bad news in the Corrs' camp. First, the good news - Andrea Corr has added a cover of Squeeze's "Take Me I'm Yours" into the CD mix, which is one of my favorites. The bad news is that Andrea's new album, Ten Feet High, will be delayed until sometime this summer.

The entire album (except for Squeeze) has been written by Andrea and will be produced by Nellee Hooper, who has previously worked with U2, Gwen Stefani and Bjork.
