Out of the 50 best burger restaurants in the world, Ireland is home to two of them.
The Sweden-based Burgerdudes, one of the world’s leading burger websites, has traveled the globe looking for the best burgers. They’ve just released a list of the top 50 Best Burgers in the World, and Ireland was awarded two spots on it, Joe.ie reports.
Bunsen burgers, which has branches in Belfast, Cork, and Dublin, came in number 44 on the list.

"Our medium cooked burger was served in no time, wrapped in some paper that made sure that everything was nice and gooey. The fluffy bun was perfectly toasted, keeping everything in place, and everything tasted great. We especially liked the patty with its charred outside and juicy center. And all of the ingredients worked really well together without taking over. Definitely one of the finest specimens in Ireland."
At number 35 on the list was Galway’s Handsome Burger, which also recently claimed the title as the best burger in Ireland earlier this year by NationalBurgerDay.ie.
"The amazing meat had a deeply beefy flavor, and the other ingredients – such as super intensive Derg cheddar and delectable bacon – were bold without taking over too much. We also liked the sturdy bun that kept everything in place. This is definitely the best burger we’ve had from the Emerald Isle."
