World-renowned whiskey purveyors Jack Daniel's are branching out and introducing Tennessee Cider to their Irish customers.
The American whiskey makers have launched Tennessee Cider, a 5.5% ABV blend of crisp apple cider and their famous signature whiskey.
Ireland is the second market for the venture, which has been available in the UK since March.
In a press release to announce the launch, the company explained,
"Over 150 years ago, Mr Jasper Newton ‘Jack’ Daniel registered the first US distillery. To this day it remains the source of every single drop of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, which is found in every bottle of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Cider.
The 5.5% ABV blend is now available from select bars, liquor stores, and retailers.
A single bottle costs €3.50 or 4 for €13.
