Six by Nico, known for its innovative dining experience and ever-changing tasting menus, has announced its newest destination menu, which promises to be a true feast for food lovers.
This time, Six by Nico is inviting diners who crave adventure to journey through the spice-laden streets of Istanbul and dive into the rich, aromatic dishes inspired by the Turkish city’s iconic bazaars.
This menu encourages diners to embark on a culinary journey where ancient traditions meet bold, modern flavors. Prepare to be amazed by a menu that celebrates the richness of Turkish cuisine, embracing culture at every turn. This menu will transport diners to bustling bazaars and the vibrant streets of the Turkish destination.

The Istanbul menu features six courses, including Memories of Mikla, a cucumber and barbecue lettuce gazpacho with lemon verbena and Lor cheese; Chef Ahmet’s Pide, a grilled chicken shish pide with sesame flatbread, rose harissa and sumac; finishing off with a Spiced Date Cake, with candy walnut, caramelized pear and sour yogurt sorbet.
The Istanbul experience will be cooking from 23rd September to 13th October. Six By Nico menus are six-course tasting menus, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives also available. Each tasting menu costs €55 per person, and the wine pairing option costs €40 per person.
About Six By Nico
Born in Glasgow to Italian parents, Chef Nico Simeone was raised in a family of Mediterranean food lovers. His earliest memories are of his mother’s Italian cooking – helping her in the kitchen, and large family meals around the table. His colorful career has included working at Michelin-starred Number One at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. Nico’s business goals and work ethic aim to challenge his skills as a chef and restaurant operator. He launched his debut restaurant, 111 by Nico, in Glasgow in 2015.
Nico Simeone launched the first Six by Nico in Finnieston, Glasgow, in 2017. Six by Nico currently operates 14 restaurant sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
Six By Nico Dubin is located at 1 Molesworth Place. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 4:30 pm to 11:45 pm, while Friday and Saturday are 12 pm to 11:45 pm, and Sunday 12:30 pm to 11:45 pm.
