From April 22 to May 5, 2018, the ND Global Center is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a residential art course taught by established artists Jaclyn Dooner and Simón Ramírez.
The art program is a wonderful opportunity for artists interested in devoting time to develop their artistic skills in a retreat setting. Located in the dramatic and awe-inspiring landscape of Connemara, the course offers artists the opportunity to experience Irish culture, cuisine, and conviviality, and immerse themselves in the beauty of the west of Ireland.

Dooner and Ramírez will introduce participants to the distinct and unique setting of the Wild Atlantic Way, still untouched by modernity and industrial development. Each morning there will be a lecture, followed by private excursions to a choice outdoor setting. The artists will visit you at your selected setting and offer words of encouragement and advice in order to aid in your creation. The workshop will conclude in a group exhibition.
En-suite rooms, all ground transport, and all meals prepared by private Irish Chef showcasing local products are included in the cost of the program. The cost also includes dedicated class time with Dooner and Ramírez, and a masterclass with local Irish guest artists.
