According to the Property Price Register the property sold in March 2022 for €1,025,000. Its price has increased since then with Camelot now being listed for €1,350,000.

Caroline Kevany at Lisney's Dalkey branch spoke with EVOKE about Camelot's return to the market, saying: "Camelot is an iconic structure in Killiney, everyone knows it.

"With historic homes, you can find there’s a smaller pool of buyers but for anyone with an interest in history or architecture, Camelot is a really nice blend of older and modern features.

"The current owners renovated the home when they purchased it as work was needed on things like the wiring and the roof and they’ve really bought it back to life.
