Ireland really is an investor’s property dream right now. The dollar is strong and the property market in Ireland is slowly climbing. However a few great bargains remain.
The latest Residential Property Price Index showed that house prices around Ireland rose by 0.6% in April. Yet, despite the property market slowly clambering back up, you can still spot some reasonable priced homes around the island.
We took a look at the market and picked out five houses, all priced under $29,000. Although some of them need renovation it’s fair to say that no matter what work needs to be done on these, as either holiday homes or investments, they would serve some shrewd buyer well.
