A conservative Christian organization has once again called on consumers to boycott JCPenney, over the retailers decision to feature talk show host Ellen DeGeneres in their Christmas TV commercial.
Last February, the group One Million Moms which is part of the American Family Association, objected to the award-winning host being appointed as a JCPenney spokesperson due to the fact that she is gay.

Once again, the organization is calling on their members to boycott the department store after she was featured in their Christmas ad, alongside three Christmas elves.
“Since April, JC Penney's has not aired Ellen DeGeneres in one of their commercials until now. A new JCP ad features Ellen and three elves. JCP has made their choice to offend a huge majority of their customers again. Christians must now vote with their wallets. We have contacted JC Penney's several times in the past with our concerns, and they will not listen. They have decided to ignore our complaints so we will avoid them at all costs,” the One Million Moms statement said.
The group currently has more than 51,500 Likes on its Facebook page.
The group encourages Moms who are “tired of all the negative influences our children are forced to contend with” to join their group.
