The funeral of Irish mother Denise Morgan, who was shot dead in a suspected murder-suicide in New York last month, will take place in County Louth on Saturday.
Denise Morgan, a 39-year-old mother-of-one, was found dead in a home in Glendale, Queens, on October 21 following an argument with her partner Joed Taveras, 33.
It is believed that Taveras, who was found dead with a gun beside him, shot Denise before turning the gun on himself. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
New York's Chief Medical Officer said Denise received gunshot wounds to the head and neck.
Denise's family traveled to New York last week to repatriate her remains to Ireland after the 'Help bring Denise Morgan home to Ireland' GoFundMe raised more than £30,000.
Denise's funeral will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Church of the Assumption in Tullyallen, near Drogheda, in County Louth, according to a notice on RIP.ie. Denise will be buried in an adjoining cemetery following Saturday's service.
Parish priest Fr. Sean Dooley will preside over the service, which will be live-streamed on the Mellifont Parish Tullyallen Facebook page.
The notice also stated that Denise will be "reposing at her home on Thursday from 3 pm until 7 pm and on Friday from 2 pm until 7 pm".
Denise moved to New York about five years ago and was working in the Cottage Bar in Queens at the time of her death.
She is survived by her mother Deirdre, her father Noel, her nine-year-old daughter Mollie, her sisters Shannon and Lisa, her brother John, and Mollie's dad Larry.
Shannon Morgan paid an emotional tribute to her sister after news broke of her death last month.
"In the blink of an eye our world has broken and we are absolutely crushed. My beautiful sister has been taken from my life by such a heinous cowardly act. We will never get justice for this," Shannon Morgan said on Facebook.
Her sister Lisa also paid tribute on social media.
"We love you forever and always baby sister until we meet again, our lives will never be the same again."
The New York Daily News reported that Denise had dropped her daughter Mollie off at her ex-husband's home the night before her death. Denise's friends and colleagues said that the Irish woman planned to leave her boyfriend and that her living situation was not good.
