KATE & WILLIAM
THE next generation of British royals got their Irish up as they do every year, hanging out with the Irish Guards regiment outside of London. When the king-to-be was asked if he and Kate were planning any more “baby micks,” — a term of affection for the Irish Guards – William replied that “one’s enough” for now.
He also enjoyed a pint of Guinness while lean and green Kate supped some sherry, something she couldn’t do last year during her Pat’s visit because she was pregnant with baby George.
MICHAEL FLATLEY
THE Lord of the Dance king did double Pat’s duty, leading the London march on Sunday and doing the same in Cork City on Monday, where he’s pictured with some spectators looking pretty in pink.
WOLF FOR SALE
YEP, we’d kiss Wolf of Wall Street star Leo DiCaprio, rich or not! The Oscar-nominated film was released on DVD on Tuesday, and producers posted stuff all over social media with an Irish theme on St. Pat’s Day to encourage fans to buy it.
FERGIE’S BABY
LITTLE Axl Duhamel celebrated his first St. Patrick’s Day with his famous folks, singer Fergie and her husband, actor Josh Duhamel. The famous stars dressed their tot up in a giant green hat for a St. Pat’s party in LA on Sunday.
TORONTO MAYOR ROB FORD
IT wouldn’t be an Irish holiday without the wild and crazy Toronto Mayor Rob Ford yukking it up, right? He took to the streets of his city on Sunday to march in the parade and wore a big tie that screamed, I’m going to a pub after this!
Let’s hope his green celebrations didn’t end up as they did two years ago, when the mayor held a bash in his office which “included Ford knocking a junior staffer off his feet, jumping on his giant Cut the Waist challenge scale, smashing his cell phone on the wall, crying, and even throwing racial slurs and his business cards at a cab driver,” according to the Toronto Sun.
PROPERTY BROTHERS
WHAT’S the best show on TV, at least to “Page 2”? HGTV’s Property Brothers! The cute as hell identical twin stars, Drew and Jon Scott, got all corny for the holiday, but that’s why we love them. Drew posed next to a fairly hideous leprechaun statue, while Jon went all out with his attire and even dressed up his dogs. Sold!
