The nearly 7,000 sq. ft. floor space sits on 8.57 acres of land on the scenic Cooley Peninsula on the main Dundalk to Cooley Road. The facility can accommodate up to 180 patrons and includes a modern, fully equipped commercial kitchen, several bars and lounges, a full restaurant and bar as well as an outdoor partly-covered beer garden.
The large collection of “memorabilia and paraphernalia are not included in the sale but may possibly be open for consideration in a separate sale”.
