A 29-year-old, father of two from Youghal, County Cork was found by police in New York three days after he was reported missing.
 
Padraig Coyne’s remains were located by the NYPD. The police are now reviewing his death and are awaiting the results of his post-mortem. It is still unclear whether he died from natural causes or due to a tragic accident.
 
Coyne had become a respected figure in the Irish-American community having emigrated a number of years ago.
 
The town of Youghal is reeling in shock. This tragic news comes just five days after the horrific murder of another local Michael “Mikey” O’Shea (31). A 29-year-old man is currently in custody with relation to O’Shea’s murder.
