Kerry's Emer Dineen and Derry's Darcy Taylor have been revealed as the joint favorites to win the 2024 Rose of Tralee by leading global online betting and gaming brand Betway on Friday, August 16.

Presenters Dáithí Ó’Sé and Kathryn Thomas are once again returning next week to welcome the Roses on stage at the Rose of Tralee Dome at MTU’s Kerry Sports Academy.

A total of 32 Roses will represent the Irish diaspora from various Rose Centres across many different countries, but it’s Kerry’s Emer Dineen and Derry’s Darcy Taylor that the bookmakers have at the head of the pack as joint favorites, both with odds of 5/2 to take home the crown.

Emer will face strong competition from Derry Rose and joint favorite Darcy Taylor, 25, who is bidding to record a first-ever victory for County Derry.

Darcy is no stranger to television with a Masters in Broadcast Media and Production on her CV and experience working for BBC Radio Foyle.
