Lindsay Lohan may lose her latest role in the blockbuster “Inferno” after months of speculation.
Director Mathew Wilder has suggested that Lohan, who is due to star as Linda Lovelace in the film, may be replaced.
"You know we have been through a lot with this project, and although she is still our number one choice — we do have a Plan B if she cannot film 'Inferno,' " he told Radar Online.
"And actually we have had a great response from other people who really want the part, too," he added.
In previous months the film's producers have stood by the troubled star as she endured multiple stays in prison and drug treatment facilities.
The actress is currently completing a court ordered three-month stint in rehab and is scheduled to stay at the drug treatment facility until January 3rd.
