The millionaire heiress seems to be in trouble with the law on a monthly basis. This time she’s being sued for $35 million.

The hair extensions manufacturers are suing for damages. They claim that the 29-year-old socialite breached her contract with the company. She had been under contract to wear their extension and promote their product. Instead she opted to wear their competitor’s brand.

The sum they are asking for is supposedly 10 times what the contract was worth. This is the second time Hilton has messed the company around. She was contracted to attend the launch of their hair extensions in 2007 but she was doing time in jail at the time.

In 2007 Hilton served a 23 days sentence for being caught driving on a suspended license.
