A large gathering of over 40 senior were welcomed back to the CARA Club after the August break. The room was filled with a lot of chatter as folks were catching up on their summer activities. Volunteer, Kevin O'Sullivan - shared a large framed photo of the group that went to York Beach back in August, which he raffled off - won by Mary Honan. The afternoon concluded with the customary sing-a-long led by Kevin with other participation from the group.

The newly named Café Eireann drew another great crowd this week, with over 20 of the 40 gathered signing up for the Health Clinic with Marie Burke, Celtic Angels. A quote from one of the recent attendees, “it’s great that Marie is here, she’s wonderful and its an opportunity for me to keep any eye on my health in between doctors appointments.”

Music for Memory kicked off for the fall with Maureen & Gerry McNally – it was a lovely afternoon of song with some chatter and laughter. Thanks to Maureen & Gerry for your valuable time.
