What's going on with Delta and Shannon?

Posted by Kelly Fincham at 9/14/2009 12:35 PM EDTThe Mayor of Shannon Sean McLoughlin has called on Delta to maintain its winter service from Shannon to New York.Delta plans on suspending according to a report from a French Web site http://www.lechotouristique.com/delta-stoppe-lyon-new-york.169107The Web site says Delta will stop serving Lyon on November 4 but McLaughlin says Delta will be out of Shannon come October 4.However, someone needs to tell Delta they're pulling out.Visit http://www.delta.com/planning_reservations/plan_flight/destinations/travel_getaways/shannon/ and you can see Delta's promos for Shannon.
