Marian is a graduate of the University of Limerick with an LLB in Law & European Studies. She is currently working as a journalist with Ireland’s largest selling regional newspaper, The Kerryman, and is also a regular contributor of photography to a number of publications. As a blogger she has also been shortlisted in the top ten of the Irish Blog Awards. Having specialised in European Politics in college, she is a bit of a history and politics buff and as an Irish speaker who lives in Dingle in the Corca Dhuibhne Gaeltacht she also has a keen interest in Irish culture, language and social issues. Marian also loves sport, particularly GAA and soccer, and has worked in a variety of jobs, from pot washer to retail to insurance underwriting during time spent in the USA.
