Dublin’s senior footballers will play for the chance to be in their third successive All-Ireland Senior Football championship quarter final when they face beaten Leinster finalists Louth next Saturday.

For Louth it will be a return to the scene where they were unjustly robbed of a rightful victory against Meath; for Dublin it will be another chance to prove their worth against the men from the Royal County.

Dublin are fresh off the back of wins against Tipperary and Armagh. The game will be the second of an exciting double-header day of sport at Croke Park, as Ulster runners-up Monaghan also compete against Kildare.

The Monaghan-Kildare game gets underway at 3pm while the Dublin v Louth tie starts at 5pm Irish time.

The two other fourth round qualifiers have 7pm starts on Saturday, with Limerick hosting Cork at the Gaelic Grounds, after they won an agreed toss with the Rebels for home advantage.

Then on Sunday there’ll be another Croke Park double-biller: Cork v Antrim clash at 2.0pm; Galway and Tipperary face off at 4.0pm.
