Daithi O'Se is ready to take his love life to the next level. The Irish broadcasting star has reportedly just moved in with his gorgeous American girlfriend Rita Talty, 27, whom he first met on set while judging the 2008 Rose of Tralee contest, where she competed as the New Jersey Rose.
The Garden State stunner, whose parents originally hail from County Clare, has recently moved to Dublin to give her blossoming romance with the up and coming Kerryman a fighting chance.
"We've moved in together, it's all going very well," O'Se told the press this week. "The mammy has met her and totally improves of her. That's important. She's a very good judge of character.
"We'd been going out for a while since I was over in the States filming but we didn't want to make a big deal of it at the Rose of Tralee and take the spotlight from the winning Rose."
Daithi spoke of the new relationship on Brendan O'Connor's The Saturday Show, where he was interviewed alongside his new The Daily Show co-host Claire Byrne.
Byrne revealed how she has not yet met Rita, but she is already knocked out by her cooking skills, since Talty has sent examples ofher own fresh baked goods to the program's team.
