Whether it’s the fact that Ireland has had a wonderfully warm and sunny summer, or the Irish are saving the shekels and staying at home Airbnb have reported a 30% increase in the number of people using their service this summer. Not only that but 25% of Airbnb customers staying in Ireland next weekend are Irish!

As for the list of the most popular places for families to rent accommodation from Airbnb for their vacations there’s no major surprises but what we love about this list is that it serves as a reminder of what great little towns and idyllic vacations spots we’re blessed with having around our little island.
