Connaughton Auctioneers is managing the sale of this bungalow in Co Roscommon which has the potential to become a cozy homestead or dreamy vacation spot.
The “attractive” two-bedroom cottage is situated on just over an acre of land and is nearby to Elphin, Strokestown, Rooskey, and Carrick-on-Shannon. The home is also located close to many lakes and the River Shannon.

While the bungalow is in need of work, it does currently have mains water, electricity, and a septic tank, which means you wouldn't exactly be starting from scratch if you want to revamp this quaint Irish cottage.
