Soon to star alongside Angelina Jolie in "The Eternals," bigtime Hollywood hotshot Barry Keoghan is all loved up and keeping it real.

Dublin lad Barry Keoghan is rapidly becoming one of Hollywood’s brightest young stars, but he is determined to keep it real no matter what – and that includes hanging on to his girlfriend Shona Guerin.

The Dubliner, who’s in LA filming the new Marvel movie The Eternals with Angelina Jolie, has been dating the Co. Kerry native since 2017, and he credits Shona for so much of the good in his life.

"I’d be lost without her, I’m telling you that. I wouldn't be the man I am now without her," he told Irish TV host Lucy Kennedy.

"With this game, rejection comes as well and that can be hard. Flying away, almost getting a part and then losing it. It’s draining.

"I’d be down on myself and she’d pick me right up and remind me what I’m doing. She’s made me a man. She’s the girl I want to be with for the rest of my life.”

Avoiding the temptations of Hollywood fame can be difficult to say the least, which some of Barry’s A-list Irish pals have warned him about.

"Any of the lads I work with, Colin [Farrell], Cillian [Murphy], they're always like, 'Don't mess this up. They see how important she is,” he said.
