Nicola Coughlan, Andrew Scott, and Colin Farrell could all set Irish records at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards this Sunday, February 23.
Ahead of the 31st Screen Actors Guild Awards, VegasInsider.com has collected a list of 20 records that could be broken during the ceremony.
Among the 20 records are three that could be broken by Irish actors!
First up is Galway native Nicola Coughlan, who could become the first Irish actress to win in the Female Actor in a Drama Series Category.
Coughlan is nominated for her role as Penelope Featherington in the hit Netflix series "Bridgerton."
She's up against Kathy Bathes ("Matlock,") Allison Janney ("The Diplomat"), Keri Russell ("The Diplomat"), and Anna Sawai ("Shogun").

Then it's a Dublin showdown in the Male Actor in a Miniseries or TV Movie category, where Andrew Scott ("Ripley") and Colin Farrell ("The Penguin") are both nominated.
If either Scott or Farrell wins, they'll become the first Irish actor to win in the Male Actor in a Miniseries or TV Movie category.
In the category, the duo is up against Javier Bardem ("Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story), Richard Gadd ("Baby Reindeer"), and Kevin Kline ("Disclaimer").

Farrell heads into the SAG Awards well primed, having already won the Critics Choice Award and Golden Globe for his role in "The Penguin."
It'll be a busy night for Farrell, who has also been announced as one of the show presenters for Sunday night.

One of the awards season’s premier events, the SAG Awards, which debuted in 1995, annually celebrates the outstanding motion picture and television performances of the year.
Voted on by SAG-AFTRA’s membership of 122,000+ performers, the SAG Awards has the largest voting body on the awards circuit.
The 2025 Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will air live globally on Netflix on Sunday, February 23 at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in California.
