Jack Ó Conghaile and TG Lurgan cover George Ezra's summer hit
Shotgun by George Ezra is the unofficial summer anthem for 2018, so it’s no surprise that TG Lurgan has chosen it for its next Irish language cover.
The Irish version of Shotgun is sung by Irish teenager Jack Ó Conghaile, who bears an uncanny resemblance vocally to the song’s original singer George Ezra.

The accompanying music video shows the area around the scenic Coláiste Lurgan, as well as other Irish language students and musicians.
TG Lurgan is a music project that operates out of Irish language summer school Coláiste Lurgan in Connemara, Co Galway. The project is responsible for the viral Irish version of ‘Wake Me Up’ by the late DJ Avicii, which has racked up nearly 6.5 million views on YouTube.
