Skye Kavanagh, originally from Ballinasloe in Co Galway but who was living in Australia, died following a traffic accident in the Australian capital of Canberra. She was 33 years old.
Her death notice reads that she’s predeceased by her great grandparents Tommy and Francis Golding, granduncles Justin, Gerry, Raymond, and Ann’s husband Fintan Doorhy.
She is "deeply and sadly missed and never forgotten" by her heartbroken parents Michael Sean and Veronica, her brother and best friend Aiden, grandmother Maureen Kavanagh (née Golding), grand aunt Ann Doorhy, granduncle Frank Golding, cousins Gabriel and his wife Viviane, their daughter Leah, cousin Frances and her son Oisín.
"Our beautiful, precious and adored daughter, sister, granddaughter, grand niece, cousin and best friend to everyone who knew her,’ the death notice added, with tributes pouring in for Ms Kavanagh following her tragic death.
"Deepest sympathy to Frank, Maureen, Ann and all Golding families and friends on Skye’s passing, ‘one person wrote. ‘Too young to be gone from this life. May she rest in peace.’
"My sincere condolences to the Kavanagh Family and the extended Golding families on the sudden and tragic loss of Skye," another wrote.
"Thinking of you all at this difficult time. May Skye enjoy the happiness of Heaven, and be reunited with those gone before her," while another added.
"So sorry to hear of Skye’s passing. May her gentle soul rest in peace."
Ms Kavanagh’s funeral will take place in Canberra, Australia at 1pm local time on Thursday, November 14.
