Noonan Construction have come up with a novel idea for advertise their properties. The developers have donated a property in Castlebridge, County Wexford to the Rosslare Community Development Association who could well end up selling the property for just 1c.

The Association is a community based charity who has decided to sell the house for under $1,252. They will sell it to the highest bidder even if the bid is just 1c. Their only rule on bidding is that anyone who puts in a tender must donate $125 to their charity.

Noonan insists that they have donated the house to the Association as a gesture of freewill. Before the disastrous property crash Noonan had promised that he would built a running track for the community charity. This is simply a way of paying them back and getting some free advertising at the same time.
